Our store is a digital download store. All items are downloaded after payment. If you have any issues with the download process  please contact us at admin@bellatemplates.com

A link will be emailed to you after purchase.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DOWNLOADED ORDERS: Due to the nature of our downloaded products; no refund will be given once you have downloaded the product. We will be happy to provide any customer service needed to make the product work for you. If we cannot accomodate your needs after contacting us for assistance; we will be happy to offer you store credit for your purchase.
